Who this is for: you have crypto sitting on an exchange (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, MEXC…) and you want to move it to a wallet you control — but you're scared of pressing the wrong button. Good. That fear is healthy. Crypto transfers can't be reversed, so we do this slowly and carefully.
The golden rule: you never risk the full amount on an untested route. We always send a small test amount first. It costs a little extra in fees and it is always worth it.
⚠ The one mistake that destroys funds
Many coins exist on more than one network (e.g. a token can live on Ethereum AND its own chain). If the network you withdraw on doesn't match the network your wallet uses, the coins can be lost forever — no refunds, no support line. Every step below exists to prevent this.

🎉 Done — your crypto is in your own hands.
That's real self-custody. Next up: keep that recovery phrase safe, and never share it with anyone — no "support agent" will ever legitimately ask for it.
Scam warning
Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your recovery phrase, ask you to "validate" your wallet, or contact you first offering help. Anyone who does is stealing from you.
