Our promises to you

Short, specific, and things we can actually be held to — not vague reassurance.

1

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key

Not by email, not on the site, not ever. The Address Checker only ever asks for a public address — the part that's always safe to share. Any site or "support agent" that asks for the other kind is stealing from you, full stop.

2

The Address Checker runs entirely in your browser

Nothing you paste into it is sent to us, logged, or stored anywhere. Refresh the page and it's gone. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

3

No accounts, no email required, no cookies

You can use every guide and tool on this site without giving us anything. Nothing is gated behind a sign-up.

4

No ads, no affiliate links

Nothing on this site earns money from where you click or what you buy. If that ever changes, it'll be stated clearly on the page it applies to — not hidden in small print.

5

Nothing hidden — read the code yourself

The Address Checker is one plain HTML file, no build step, no bundling, no minifying. Right-click anywhere on that page → "View Page Source" (or press Ctrl+U / Cmd+Option+U) and you'll see the exact same code your browser runs — every check it performs, with nothing hidden or obfuscated.

6

Education, not financial advice

We're not authorised or regulated to give financial advice, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Everything here is general safety information — always do your own research before making financial decisions.

Who's actually behind this

PlainCrypto is written by one person in Essex, England — not a company, not a team. Read the full story on the About section of the homepage.
